Katherine Matthews, Managing Partner

Katherine Huff is a business leader with a strong track record in business development, operations, and strategy. As VP of Business Development at HYPR, she has spent the past year expanding partnerships and driving revenue growth.

Her leadership career began in the U.S. Army, where she served as a Postal Officer overseas, managing 11 APOs. After her military service, she leveraged her logistics expertise at UPS in Marketing Information Systems before spending 12 years as a consultant at Sogeti, helping businesses streamline operations and implement technology solutions.

As a partner at MorningView Advisors, Katherine helps organizations strengthen sales strategies, improve efficiency, and scale for growth. With experience spanning military leadership, corporate strategy, and consulting, she brings a hands-on, results-driven approach to business transformation.
